Shipping policy

Delivery
We ship Australia wide and all items are sent either Australia Post or if its a larger item such as a helmet or a tyre by Toll IPEC. If you ask to send to a PO Box and the item is too large to economically send via Australia Post there will an be extra shipping cost. For deliveries to FNQ or NT there is a surcharge on these larger items of upto $20.00. (You can ask for a quote) Please make sure you leave your mobile or landline telephone number. If we have a query or the delivery agent cannot find you it helps us resolve the query more effeciently if we can ring you directly. To have your items insured or sent via registered post simply follow the links and add them to your cart. Orders of $100 or more include insurance and registered post.

Within Australia we can send via courier subject to the physical size of the object fitting within the contractors courier bags
Express up to 3kg $19.95
Express up to 5kg $27.95.
We recommend a business address for courier deliveries most Couriers charge a second fee if they have to return to redeliver your package. This is outside our control and if this happens we will ring you to collect the second fee should it be neccessary.

you need to email to request Express post, place your order in the normal way and we will provide a paypal invoice for extra charges if there are any.

International Orders
We are always happy to accept orders from customers overseas. These orders attract extra shipping costs to those shown in the Australian shipping schedule. Please contact us for confirmation of shipping costs before placing an order. All international orders are only accepted paid in Australian dollars by Paypal, Western Union or Bank Transfer. We do not accept Credit/Debit cards as a payment method for overseas orders.
