To start the motorcycle, the left needle valve (fuel flow) closes all the way and opens between one and one and a half turns. The right needle (air needle) closes all the way and opens between one and a half and two turns; this will depend on the wear on the carburetor body and the needles. But now you can try starting the motorcycle.
To adjust it, open or close the needles one mark at a time.
